Pay
Compensation for this role is between $105,000 to $125,000. The starting pay will depend on various factors that may include but are not limited to professional experience, education, training, and certifications.

Position Information
The Oasis Academy K-8 Principal must possess strong leadership skills to drive academic outcomes for all students. The Principal is expected to dedicate the majority of their time to instructional leadership, focusing on developing and supporting teachers to enhance their instructional methods and improve student achievement. Additionally, the Principal must cultivate a pipeline of future leaders and create systems for continuous staff development to establish sustainable organizational growth. The ability to set and execute a shared vision for campus alignment and build cohesive practices between the primary and middle school levels is essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement school vision and goals
Develop and implement school performance plan
Establishes a clear vision for excellent school culture and regularly articulates this vision to leaders, students, staff, and families
Actively develops school culture where classrooms are joyful and engaging and continually evaluates the school’s culture through proactive, scheduled monitoring
Lead analysis of and develop leaders and teachers’ ability to analyze student data to identify strategies that will promote student growth
Cultivate a diverse, high-potential leadership pipeline and develop leadership team members
Develop leaders and teachers to provide rigorous and high quality instruction
Develop systems and structures to hire, develop and retain a diverse, highly-effective staff
Build one’s own and school staff’s knowledge and expertise in effective instructional design and academic standards
Regularly observe and coach instructional leaders to ensure they are providing high-impact and actionable feedback to teachers on a weekly basis
Lead whole-school professional development that drives highest-impact improvements in teacher practice
Be aware of and work within the constraints of the budget
Attend board meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree required, Administrative license required
A minimum of three years teaching and leadership experience
Ability to motivate others into action
Have a passion for being a part of a team-oriented, mission-driven school culture
Demonstrate commitment to student growth
Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills
Be a collaborative team player
Demonstrate a high level of integrity in decision-making
Pass a criminal background check
