Wishing Deacon good luck this weekend as he competes in the Elks Area 7 Hoop Shoot in Las Vegas. Deacon won the Fallon, Central District, AND Nevada State Elks Final to advance. He will compete against the winners from California, Hawaii, Arizona, and Utah. Good luck Deacon!

Don't forget the middle school dance is this Thursday, February 15 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. The dance is for students grades 6-8 and all students must have a signed permission slip. Cost is $5 for students dressed in Valentine's attire, $7 for students not.

Kindergarteners presented their habitat projects last week. The project included students learning about animals that lived in their habitats. Parents and fellow students were invited to come listen to the presentations. #wildlife #ocean #dessert #forest #poweroflearning
2nd-5th grades learned about perspective and how it gives their drawings a 3D effect. Kids were amazed saying, “it’s an illusion!” After practicing as a class students were given free rein to create a perspective drawing of any landscape. #STEAM #art #perspective #poweroflearning
