
For finals week, Ms. B brought some furry friends to help lighten the mood and calm the atmosphere with their cuteness.




Using the Amplify Science curriculum, 6th grade students conducted a Science Seminar on whether or not a professional athlete increased his cellular respiration to improve his performance by either training at high altitude or blood doping. #stem #amplify #science





Before break Middle School FFA students delivered supplies to the Fallon Chamber office to fill their Karma Box. Students donated water, wet wipes and individual bags will hygiene products and snacks. To donate to the Karma Box contact the Chamber of Commerce at (775) 423-2544.


Middle and High School Honor Societies and Student Councils created blankets for residents of Homestead. They were delivered right before Christmas. It was a great way to help the community and for the groups to come together for a project.



After four days of basketball last week. Oasis finished the Christmas Classic Tournament in Reno 2-2. Excited to how far this team goes the rest of the season!

It's Homecoming and Student Council did a great job decorating the high school. This year's theme is Winter on the Beach. Fun activities have been planned for all week with the basketball games starting at 4:30 on Friday. Logo wear is 20% off in the Uniform Store also.

High school and middle school student councils and honor societies worked together to create blankets for a local assisted-living facility! A Hershey Heartwarming Action Grant helped the students purchase supplies, support the local community, and share ideas for next semester!

The High School student council attended the Nevada Association of Student Councils Western Regional Conference at Fernley High School! Several Oasis students presented workshops, and were junior counselors. Students attended workshops and worked with schools from the region!
