Nevada Revised Statute requires that the Oasis Academy Board of Directors have certain expertise on the board. At this time we are looking for two new members to join our Oasis Academy board who meet those requirements: financial or accounting background, education background, human resources and/or law. Looking at our current board make-up and future projects, it is critical that we add a board member who has financial or an accounting background for one of the two seats.
