Last week students learned about erosion and plate tectonics in the Science Camp Our Changing Earth: Above and Below. They used a stream table, learned about contrasting water’s effect on sand, used blow dryers to simulate wind on soil and sand, and then completed the week by studying plate tectonics using peanut butter and jelly geology.

We were informed that there will be a viewing and service for Isabella, Ximena, and Naiara Taylor on Wednesday, June 21st at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The middle and high school cross country preseason is set to begin on Wednesday, June 21 at 5:30 pm. All athletes interested in participating in these workouts should meet at Venturacci Park, near the entrance sign. No experience needed. Please know that we will have counseling available at the school on Friday, June 16 from 9:00-12:00 (or as long as necessary) should you or your child want to talk about this.
