Middle School volleyball coach NEEDED ASAP. We do not have enough coaches to run the middle school programs and we will have to make substantial cuts without coaches. Please email Mr. Casey, dcasey@oanv.org, if you are interested.

Parents & Students interested in middle school volleyball:
Middle school volleyball tryouts will be this Friday, January 7 @ Venturacci gym.
8th Graders from 9 - 10AM
7th Graders from 10 - 11AM
Students must be registered in Register My Athlete (RMA) at www.registermyathlete.com in order to attend.
In accordance with Sagebrush League rules, 6th graders can only be taken on an 'as-needed' basis if there are not enough 7th & 8th graders to fill the 2 teams. As of now, we have nearly 40 girls signed up to play. Therefore, we will NOT be taking 6th graders, and will most likely need to cut down our 7th & 8th grade teams as well. HOWEVER, our hope is to run a 'developmental' team, as we've done in years past, to keep all the girls playing volleyball and developing for future years. It would be an 'intramural' style team for all 6th graders, and the surplus 7th & 8th graders selected by the coaches. This team would practice and scrimmage each other 1-2 times per week, probably on Fridays & Saturdays, for about 4 weeks or so.
WE NEED COACHES! We only have 1 coach right now to run the whole program. If you are interested in helping, please email Mr. Casey, dcasey@oanv.org, right away.
